Duckscore Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy governs your use of the software applications (the “Duckscore App”) created by Duckscore Limited and its associated members and officers. By using the Duckscore App, you irrevocably agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

User Provided Information

The Duckscore App obtains information you provide (ie., name, email address, payment information, non-personal data, web cookies, and other information incidental to that set out, defined as “User Provided Information”) when you register for an account and when you use the Duckscore App. Registration is optional and voluntary. Not all features offered by the Duckscore App can be used unless you register with us.  Users younger than 13 years old (and younger than 16 years old if residing in the European Union) are prohibited from creating an account in the Duckscore App.

We may also use the information you provided us to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions. By providing your information, you consent to us contacting you for these purposes.

Users may upload a photo for their profile of the Duckscore App but this is completely voluntary and not required. Duckscore reserves the right to remove any photos which it considers a breach of any moral or ethical guidelines.
Automatically Collected Information

The Duckscore App may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the  type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Duckscore App.

Third Party Access

Information that users directly input into Duckscore App is not shared with any third parties unless there is a scenario that meets one of these conditions:
as required by law;
when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud;
with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement and are subject to confidentiality.
if Duckscore Limited is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our Web site of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

Information that is collected automatically may be shared with advertisers and third party advertising networks and analytics companies as described in the section below.

Automatic Data Collection and Advertising

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how Duckscore App is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in Duckscore App which helps us keep the cost of Duckscore App low. Advertisers and advertising networks use some of the information collected by Duckscore App, including, but not limited to, the unique advertising ID of your mobile device.  Data directly inputted by users (ie., duckscores, notes, email, account info, etc) is not shared with advertisers.  Through our advertisement banners, we may provide links within Duckscore App to other mobile/web sites from time to time. If you follow these links by clicking on an advertisement, you should use these sites in conjunction with their applicable user and privacy policies as their data practices fall outside the scope of this Privacy Policy. Further, we have no responsibility for or control over the information collected by any third party website and we are not responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you may provide on such websites.

Opt-out Rights
There are multiple opt-out options for users ofthe  Duckscore App:

Opt-out of all information collection by uninstalling the Duckscore App: You can stop all collection of information by the Duckscore App easily by uninstalling the Duckscore App. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Opt-out from the use of information to serve targeted advertising by advertisers and/or third party network advertisers: by sending an email to quack@duckscore.ai.

Withdrawing Consent and Deleting Your Data

If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data (any data that you have inputted into the Duckscore App), you may delete your account and associated data by going to the app settings, account page, and select delete account. Please note that deleting your account also serves as withdrawing your consent for us to process your personal data. This will delete your account and associated data from our servers. Deleting the native app on your phone will also delete any app data your phone holds.

Online user backup files and account information are retained as long as you maintain an account with the Duckscore App.

Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for the Duckscore App to function properly.

Children

We do not use the Duckscore App to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13 (or under the age of 16 for individuals residing in the European Union). If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at quack@duckscore.ai. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Duckscore App. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy here.  You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
Your Consent

By using the Duckscore App, you are consenting to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
