With extensive experience in enterprise software sales and a deep commitment to mental health advocacy, Mark originated the Duck Score concept during his time at SUSE. The idea emerged from implementing verbal check-ins, which proved transformative in understanding team wellbeing. As a mental health advocate, Mark brings both commercial acumen and personal passion to Duck Score's mission.

A distinguished medical doctor with a first degree in neuroscience from Cambridge, Oliver brings unparalleled expertise to Duck Score's clinical oversight. His commitment to transforming mental healthcare was catalyzed by losing two friends to suicide while they awaited NHS treatment for depression. This personal experience, combined with his postgraduate training in psychiatry (Imperial) and public health (Johns Hopkins), drives his innovative approach to mental healthcare technology. As Founder CEO of Koa Health and advisor to both WHO and the Wellcome Trust, Oliver has pioneered the intersection of healthcare and technology, earning a 2024 Royal Society fellowship as Entrepreneur in Residence at Oxford University.

As Duck Score's UX/UI designer, she brings fresh Gen Z perspective to mental health awareness, creating intuitive and engaging interfaces that resonate with users of all ages. Her design philosophy mirrors Duck Score's mission: transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and connection. Lottie's work focuses on making mental health tracking both accessible and visually engaging, proving that meaningful technology can also be beautiful
